Specifications include, but are not limited to: DHS is requesting formal applications to provide CSFP services in unserved counties within Wisconsin. While it is not required that CSFP be offered in every county and community, the ability to provide CSFP in rural communities and provide to homebound seniors, will be considered an asset in the selection process. Local agencies are selected based on if already in The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) network, is/or has ability to service multiple counties per agency and a complete application that clearly states agency capacity to provide efficient and excellent CSFP programming and community outreach capabilities to unserved counties within Wisconsin. To be considered an eligible candidate, the applying grantee is required to review CSFP operations manual and be able to implement all required activities outlined in the operations manual.
