Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR shall provide a Club Membership System (CMS) for the Collette Community Fitness Center located at the Life Skills & Transition Center in Grafton, ND. The CMS shall provide the following: Manage information pertaining to security, rentals, instructors, and attendance. Manage client information, such as name, demographics, class scheduling, billing information, payment methods, and attendance in the form of real time check in and check out. Manage client membership accounts and allow individual and family memberships. Provide online payment processing (recurring, credit, debit, ACH). Provide the management of liability waivers and other documents of various types based on activity. Provide class registration, scheduling, and attendance gathering both online and in person. Provide report functionality for program usage (e.g. Silver Sneakers), healthcare reimbursement, and financial reporting. Provide communication to include email/SMS for marketing, social media announcements, and membership renewals. Include kiosks with keypad and scanner for electronic check in and check out. Provide onboarding assistance, initial and ongoing support, initial and ongoing training, and customer service. Software needed as existing software is becoming unsupportable. Users of CMS include: North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Field Services Division staff shall have access to the system for reporting purposes. This includes fiscal and administrative staff. Collette Community Fitness Center staff shall have access to the system for the day-to-day functions of running the Collette Community Fitness Center. Clients who use the Collette Community Fitness Center.
