Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the installation of Phase 1 of the MAES Lutz Farm Wildlife Fence project. The project includes installation / fabrication of approximately 11,762 linear feet of an 8í tall wildlife game fence around the southern half of a 571.98 acre farm and ranch property. Work includes demolition and removal of portions of existing fencing as required for installation of new fencing. In addition to the fencing there are multiple access points which will require new custom gates as indicated on the construction drawings. There are several creeks and seasonal water sheds that cut across the property which will require unique fencing adaptations as well. The project will also include the pricing of 1 ADD Alternate for phase 2 which includes installation of approximately 12,720 linear feet of fencing and gates around the north end of the property and associated demolition and removal of portions of existing fencing.
