Specifications include, but are not limited to: There are several existing oil-fired boilers that need to be removed and disposed of including the oil piping back to the oil pumps. All breeching to be removed back to the chimney. Disconnect and make safe all electrical wiring and controls. Furnish and install three Vitocrossal 200 C12-750 High Efficiency gas fired, fully condensing boilers. Air intake kits, neutralizing kits, motorized isolation valves and return sensor. Install a wall mounted BMS communication gateway. Include factorystart. See attached spec and include all options stated in the attachment. Confirm concrete pad is sized to receive the three boilers. Protect all building walls and floors during construction. Provide all new hot water piping and connect to existing to create a reverse return system. Include all new gas pipe from new gas meter outside the building. Confirm gas size piping with Viessmann Manufacturer. Install new breeching per manufacturers recommendation. Confirm breeching size. Provide new fresh air piping per manufacturers recommendations. Provide piping for the new neutralizing drain system. Terminate to drain. Provide pipe insulation on new piping only. Provide the electrical wiring to the new gas fired boilers. This is a turn key project.
