Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sealed proposals (one original and one electronic copy in pdf format) for the award of non-exclusive Rental Car Concession Agreements to permit the operation of up to six (6) rental car concessions in the Consolidated Car Rental Facility (CCRF) at Appleton International Airport are solicited by Outagamie County, Wisconsin (herein referred to as "County"). The current rental car concessions expire on December 31, 2023. The County shall provide six (6) concession locations at the Airport each to include: • counter and associated office and queuing space in the CCRF (shown on Exhibit A1); and • block of ready return spaces (shown on Exhibits A2 – A5) • parking stalls at the Appleton Flight Center (FBO)
