The State Parcel Program is part of the GIS Program budget which is funded through a general fund appropriation to ITD. It is expected that lessons learned from the NDACo support of the State Parcel Program during the 2023-2025 budget cycle will be applied to following budget cycles. Oversight as needed for ETL script management. Oversight as needed for county/vendor data to State Parcel Program data workflow. County and vendor outreach including training, communications, discussions on ETL improvements. Support services including fielding questions from state and other users, and as needed, verifying issues, logging issues, following through in issue resolution. Assist in improving usefulness of the Statewide Parcel Dataset and enhancing the sustainability of the Parcel Program Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
