Specifications include, but are not limited to: All janitorial services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) are to be performed daily, weekly, and monthly between the hours of 5 pm and 6am (CT). All vacuuming is to be completed prior to 11 pm (CT) and no one will enter the dorm rooms after 10 pm (CT). The kitchen and dining room are to be cleaned after the staff has finished up for the day.; Prior to leaving the premises, Contractor will assure the doors and windows in and connected to the building are locked and all HVAC equipment is operational as directed. In the event any doors or windows are found unsecured or any environmental, structural, security or equipment abnormalities exist; the Agency Representative or designee shall be notified as soon as possible.; Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment such as mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners, floor buffer, tools, waxes, cleaners, disinfectants, rust/stain removers and any other materials necessary to perform services.
