Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.a Aluminum Blinds Minimum 6 and 8 gauge Aluminum Slat construction Multiple slat sizes Mounting brackets, for either inside or outside mount shall be included in a quantity sufficient to support the blind width ordered. Mounting bracket appropriate to blind. Mounting (metal/wood/concrete screws) hardware shall be included. Control wands in the length specified on order. Headrail appropriate to blind 1.b Faux Wood and Wood Blinds Solid wood or wood composite slat construction Multiple slat sizes Mounting brackets, for either inside or outside mount shall be included in a quantity sufficient to support the blind width ordered. Mounting bracket appropriate to blind. Mounting (metal/wood/concrete screws) hardware shall be included. Control wands in the length specified on order. Headrail appropriate to blind For 1.a and 1.b: Color Sets - Deck Contractor shall supply, at no additional cost to the University, four (4) standard manufacturer’s color sets. Matte and satin standard finishes must be included in color sets. University Providing Installation: All measurements will be provided to the Contractor by the Facilities Planning and Management Department. The contractor will not be responsible for obtaining measurements. Product must be drop shipped to project location. Contractor Providing Installation: All field measurements will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Installation of all blinds must be level, plumb, square and true according to manufacturer’s written instructions. Must include removal of existing window treatments, if requested.
