Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Services required for the implantation of an Offender Management System (OMS) includes; project management, business transformation management, requirements analysis, configuration and customization, data migration, integration or interfacing with other systems, testing, training, cutover, stabilization, transition, operations and maintenance, and enhancements. Training of and knowledge transfer to State staff is required throughout the system implantation and operation. The State is requesting a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. However, some level of customization may be necessary to fulfill the requirement of this scope of work.
