Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Parking area located on the east side of the building including the alley from Thayer Avenue to Broadway Avenue shall be cleaned of snow prior to 7:00 AM CT Monday – Friday. b. Loading and hauling of piled snow shall be performed during or directly after snow removal. All sidewalks and pedestrian pathways shall be kept free of piled snow at all times. d. Work shall be done automatically with two inches (2”) or more of snow* or upon request. Intent is that surfaces are clean by 7:00 AM CT, Monday-Friday. Work done while snow is still occurring shall be timed to have clear surfaces at that designated time. Work done in advance that leaves two inches (2”) or more snow at 7:00 AM CT Monday-Friday will be redone, at no extra cost, to the City and shall be completed within four (4) hours of notice. e. Snow Loading and Hauling Services: Snow may be hauled to the Bismarck Landfill at no cost to the Contractor. Availability is contingent on the Contractor pushing the dumped snow up into the existing pile. Failure to do so may result in the City of Bismarck retracting this option. The Contractor may elect to dump snow at a site of their own choosing as well.
