Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rutland City Public Schools has received notice of federal Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) grant awards from the United States federal government. The Rutland City Board of School Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified HVAC contractors. Phase IIIa of this project includes the replacement of the existing Automated Logic Building Management System (BMS) that is determined necessary by the first phase’s building controls recommissioning information, air quality study data, and RCPS facilities needs assessment priorities. The selected vendor will contract with Johnson Controls, Inc. as general contractor and project manager for the duration of the project. The project goal is to replace outdated equipment and achieve cleaner, safer air quality in all RCPS schools.
