Specifications include, but are not limited to: The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has been directed to improve climate resilience which involves assessing how climate change will create new, or alter current, climate-related risks, and taking steps to better cope with these risks. The Consultant shall aid in the development of an Installation Climate Resilience Plan (ICRP) for the ability to anticipate, prepare for, and respond to hazardous events, trends, or disturbances related to climate. The ICRP shall review the current Real Property Master Plan (RPMP) and edit the RPMP as necessary for seamless integration. The development of the ICRP shall follow guidance and requirements established by National Guard Bureau (NGB) for ICRP completion and integration with the RPMP.
