Specifications include, but are not limited to: Selective demolition and new work at Elevator and Stair Building at Block 2(Penny's Parking Ramp) including removal of roof system, structural framing, wall cladding, mechanical and electrical systems at ceiling and interior finishes; reinforcement of existing emu wall system including reinforcing bars, grout and bond beam; replacement of roof framing and roof system with new structural steel framing and metal deck and single-ply roof system including tapered insulation, drains, metal coping and trim; replacement of wall framing and sheathing to fully enclose top level lobby; new wall system including air and moisture barrier, insulation and fiber cement panel and door; new electrical unit heaters, new electrical lighting, abandonment of plumbing systems.
