Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be done includes the inspection and evaluation of the existing brick façade condition, proposing repairs to the Port of Milwaukee Engineering Division, performance of the approved repairs including the removal and replacement of 2,007 square feet of brick veneer with either new brick or new 26 gauge painted metal wall sheathing, strengthening or replacement of 765 square feet of concrete block masonry from the roof level to the top of the parapets, removal of the aluminum signage, repair of the corroded steel lintel above the center window with a new epoxy primed and painted steel lintel, including all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials required for masonry construction.
