Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This work is in accordance with the General Conditions, Special Conditions, and the Contract Documents, as well as other technical specification sections interfacing with this work. Bidder is responsible to review ALL the design documents and shall include all items pertaining to the scope of work as defined herein. Bidder is responsible to INCLUDE all costs associated with scope of work WITHIN work areas detailed in the Construction drawings and specifications. 2. In addition to the above specification sections, the scope of work for Bid Category BC01-01 includes but is not limited to the following items: a. Provide Three (3) modular press boxes 36’x8’ complete fully furnished press box as specified by VCSU to include but not limited to: flooring, cabinets, windows, doors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and ceiling b. Include delivery, handling, & off loading at the jobsite c. Provide engineering and accessories d. One deck to have camera deck with interior ladder, roof hatch and guardrail system e. Handrail system at camera deck shall be OSHA compliant f. Railing shall be schedule 40 aluminum alloy pipe finish as selected by VCSU g. Roofing system to the fully adhered EPDM h. Design and construction must be certified and approved by the State of North Dakota i. Manufacturer must meet or exceed North Dakota structural code. Shop drawings shall be stamped by a North Dakota registered professional engineer. j. Warranty: Press Box shall be guaranteed for (1) year from substantial completion of installation k. Data plates and labels shall be compliant with the State of North Dakota l. Insulated walls, R-21 or greater m. Floors to be vinyl floor tile from manufacturers full line of colors. Color to be selected by VCSU n. Wall base to be resilient vinyl base from manufacturers standard line of colors. Color to be selected by VCSU o. Ceilings to be 8’ after final finishes or higher p. Ceilings to be acoustical Ceiling tile system of manufactures standard line of finishes. Grid and tile to be selected by VCSU q. Interior wall finishes to be vinyl wall covering r. Exterior siding to be 29 gauge commercial steel manufacturers full line of finishes. Color to be selected by VCSU s. Two entrance doors per box, exterior doors shall be commercial grade steel with vision panel and insulated tempered vision lite. Hardware and keying as coordinated with VCSU to accept BEST cores t. Interior doors shall be solid wood doors with painted hollow metal frame. Hardware and keying as coordinated with VCSU to accept BEST cores u. Provide submittal(s) for VCSU to verify dimensions, finishes, layout, and equipment. Submittals shall include but not limited to: individual components, profiles, and finishes for each interior and exterior final finish
