Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services the selected Offeror will be expected to provide under the contract upon request of NDSCS, will include, but are not limited to, the following: 3.2.1 Provide an all-inclusive online pre-registration platform that at a minimum meets the following specifications: 3.2.1.1 Personalized NDSCS’s brand 3.2.1.2 Mobile friendly 3.2.1.3 Ability for users to authenticate via a remote central authentication server using SAML 2 or a similar protocol supported by NDSCS. 3.2.1.4 Video production/planning 3.2.1.5 On location filming 3.2.1.6 Video Editing 3.2.1.7 Ability to require quizzes 3.2.1.8 Pop up bubbles with definitions of terms in program 3.2.1.9 Unlimited number of participants (student and non-student) 3.2.1.10 Tracking and reporting of student viewing, quiz result, and program completion 3.2.1.11 Ability to return to program when partially completed 3.2.1.12 ADA compliant
