Specifications include, but are not limited to: An appropriation had been accounted for in the 2022 budget to begin planning and design for replacement of 2 chillers at the HOC in Franklin. Work would include but is not limited to 2 new chillers with new pumps, starters, and a new control system. The construction was scheduled for 2023. The current approved funding is for planning and design of the 2 Chiller Replacements and the cost of bidding the HVAC work. Funding for the actual construction is subject to future budget approval. The consultant scope of work will be segmented into the following phases: • Phase I - Schematic design, design development and contract document preparations and preparations of Construction Estimate. • Phase II –Bidding services and construction oversight.
