Specifications include, but are not limited to: Beaufort County School District (hereinafter, “the District” and “BCSD”) invites all qualified providers to provide the District with Student and Staff Mental Health Services; a) Provide remote and in-person services upon request for students of Beaufort County School District. b) Provide mental health services to students including but not limited to therapy, assessments, observations, and/or consultations. c) Coordinate sessions for students in consultation with the designated school pointof-contact to ensure that the student’s academic progress is not hindered. d) Collaborate with school teams to create academic support plans for students (MTSS, IEP, Counseling, etc.) e) Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual caseload reports for mental health counseling services provided to students of Beaufort County School District f) Adhere to all state and federal guidelines regarding student records. STAFF: a) Provide virtual or in-person mental health counseling services for employees of Beaufort County School District b) Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual caseload reports for mental health counseling services provided to employees of Beaufort County School District c) Provide referrals for employees needing long-term services that exceed the scope of services in this agreement.
