Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain proposals for Professional Services – Overall Project management, two agile teams to provide both Maintenance and Operations Support Services and Development of Product Backlog, as well as pricing for as the Development of Enhancements of Delaware’s child welfare case management IT system hosted on a Salesforce platform. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a single bidder and execute a contract. The successful bidder’s contract shall be valid for an initial term of four (4) years beginning Spring/Summer 2024, with three (3) automatic renewal periods of two (2) years each which will automatically renew by contract amendment on the renewal date, for a total contract term of ten (10) years, pending satisfactory performance and available funds. Continuation of any period of the resulting contract is contingent on satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
