Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Each election district may have different electoral contests, and the ballots must be different for each contest. 2. There can be anywhere from 1 – 300 different variations of ballots styles for each election based on where voters live. 3. A sample of a potential future ballot is included as a part of this package (reference Exhibit A Official Ballot Sample). 4. Waukesha County utilizes the DS200 and Express Vote electronic voting machines. The Contractor is responsible for delivery costs, regardless of whether or not contracting delivery out to another vendor, and that all ballots are delivered, one day prior to the WEC deadline. The Contractor will supply the County Clerk with a schedule of when the ballots will be delivered. The delivery locations for each municipality are included in Exhibit B-Delivery- Locations for Ballots. It is important to note that these locations can be subject to change prior to each election. If changes occur, the County Clerk will provide those changes to the Contractor with the Ballot PDF files. Schedules for future years will follow the same timeframes accounting for the different election dates.
