Specifications include, but are not limited to: CRPC is issuing this Request for Qualifications with the intent of selecting several qualified environmental consultants or consultant teams to provide Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Cleanup Planning services (Corrective Action Plans, Evaluation of Corrective Action Alternatives, etc.) and related services on an “on-call” basis for a period of four (4) years commencing on or about October/November 2023. The consultants or consultant teams must provide expertise in, but not limited to, the following disciplines: environmental sciences, geology, health risk assessment, and environmental engineering. The successful consultant/teams must be familiar with federal and Vermont environmental laws, regulations, standards and guidance. The consultants must possess a demonstrated ability to conduct effective public meetings and public outreach. The CCRPC anticipates tasking selected consultants to carry out the services describe above to aid in the redevelopment of select properties consistent with the guidance and requirements of its funding sources.
