Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide contract support for various environmental regulations as directed by AR 200-1 that are focused on natural resources management. Programs of support include but are not limited to: - Spring biological surveys as discussed in the integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) - Invasive and noxious plant species survey - Sikes Act compliance - Wetland delineation services - Evaluation of potential pollinator plots within training areas - Evaluation for development of Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Program - Coordination for Sentinel Landscapes - Coordinate with US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) regarding SDARNG activities, as needed - Implementation measures noted in the INRMP Task 1. After notice to proceed, the Contractor will conduct a kickoff meeting with SDARNG Environmental Programs staff to identify priority support needs and site support to include on-site support as required for program compliance related items as directed by Environmental Programs, CFMO-ENV. Services will be billed against the Not to Exceed contract at the attached rates. Task 2. The Contractor will conduct quarterly meetings with SDARNG Environmental Programs, CFMOENV to set priorities, to discuss environmental issues, concerns, schedule to provide support the SDARNG Environmental Program as directed throughout the state. A quarterly progress report will be provided as part of the meetings. The quarterly meetings will be face-to-face to the extent possible with COVID restrictions.
