Specifications include, but are not limited to: improvements to the University of Rhode Island (URI) Bay Campus in Narragansett, Rhode Island (the Site). The Site is an existing university campus bound by South Ferry Road to the north, wooded areas to the west and south, and Narragansett Bay to the east. Refer to Figure 1, Locus Plan for site location. The site generally slopes from the northwest to southeast from an approximate elevation of 103 feet to 0 feet. It is GZA’s understanding that there will be minimal change between the proposed exterior grades and the existing grades. The existing elevations were interpreted from an existing conditions survey PDF draft provided by VHB via email on September 30, 2020. All elevations in this report reference the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD 88) unless otherwise noted.
