The scope of functionality for the proposed HRMS solution is to include recruiting, applicant tracking, electronic forms/processes, and onboarding. Preference will be given to the HRMS solution that can be expanded in the future to include functionality to add future modules, such as Performance Management and Learning Management. The City of Bismarck Human Resources Department requests written proposals (RFP) for the purchase of a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) solution recruiting applicant management system to manage recruiting, onboarding, and related functions. The total project will include the selection and acquisition of software, implementation services, training, and support and maintenance costs to integrate with the current system/software programs.
