Specifications include, but are not limited to: R Data and Position Control 1. Generation of an employee ID for use with time system and employee badges is required. 2. Support the capability to set up new earning codes, deduction codes, etc. through configuration. This includes assigning applicable code to individuals, departments, etc. is required. 3. Functionality to manage positions, pay ranges, midpoints, etc. in a streamlined manner whereby the position information being tied to the employee record is required. 4. Seamless transferring of employees to a different position/department mid-pay-cycle is required. 5. Maintaining current and historical employee data for at least 6 years to be extracted and migrated from current HR/Payroll software system is required.
