Scope includes: new non-proprietary microprocessor controls containing circuity for all 3 accessibility features and current Firefighters' Operation; new door operator equipment including door 4 operator machine and all new car-mounted equipment including door restrictor safety upgrade, car hangar 5 assembly, and car door clutch. On the landing side: new interlocks; closers and replacement or 6 reconditioning of the hoistway hangars. All new car and hall signal fixtures; and car enclosure upgrades to 7 include new wall finishes and LED lighting. Replacement and modernization of existing underground 8 hydraulic jack. 9 HVAC split system for cooling the machine room and a new sump pump will be added at the elevator 10 machine room.
