Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upgrade and modernization of existing passenger elevator in UW Parkside student center. Scope includes: new non-proprietary microprocessor controls containing circuity for all accessibility features and current Firefighters' Operation; new door operator equipment including door operator machine and all new car-mounted equipment including door restrictor safety upgrade, car hangar assembly, and car door clutch. On the landing side: new interlocks; closers and replacement or reconditioning of the hoistway hangars. All new car and hall signal fixtures; and car enclosure upgrades to include new wall finishes and LED lighting. Replacement and modernization of existing underground hydraulic jack. HVAC split system for cooling the machine room and a new sump pump will be added at the elevator machine room.
