Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The chosen consultant will be responsible for: 1. Reviewing existing State and National Register of Historic Places listings, both individual and districts, for the City of Montpelier, and other relevant historic records as needed. 2. Conduct a base-level windshield survey – potentially phased over periods of decreased foliage. 3. Draft a report with requisite charts and maps as applicable identifying: (i) boundaries for possible new historic districts within the City–including a general description of the range of dates and building types and styles in such areas; (ii) categories of structures that may be subject to group listings other than districts, such as bridges; and (iii) structures that should be considered for delisting or new individual listings on either or both Registers.
