Specifications include, but are not limited to: DVR is seeking proposals for a Contractor to carry out work across the State of Vermont. HireAbility’s Transition Program has 12 district offices around the state and a Transition Counselor assigned to every high school. HireAbility’s Transition Program supports youth and young adults with disabilities up to age 25, however this contract would focus solely on supports for youth with disabilities still in high school (ages 14- 22). HireAbility staff and contracted partners support youth in high school to transition to adulthood through both general Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and individualized services. Through this contract, HireAbility is seeking a partner to provide Pre-ETS services focused on Post-Secondary Education and Training in partnership with HireAbility and our contracted partners providing other Pre-ETS support.
