Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Green Bay (hereafter “City”) through this Request for Proposals (RFP), is seeking a qualified environmental professional (QEP). The City has recently received a United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Community-Wide Assessment Grant and intends to hire a qualified firm or team of firms, hereinafter referred to as “vendor” to conduct environmental services specific to the City’s Assessment Grant. The City will procure environmental consultant services in accordance with the requirements of the EPA terms and conditions of the Cooperative Agreement. The Vendor will be selected according to selected criteria outlined in the RFP. The Vendor will serve as the City’s Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to oversee completion of Activities/Deliverables specified in the attached EPA-approved Work Plan. The City may also consider using the selected QEP to assist with possible future related brownfields grants.
