Specifications include, but are not limited to: Southern Wisconsin Center, Union Grove, WI 53182, a State of Wisconsin, Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) Facility for the Intellectually Disabled (herein referred to as SWC), is requesting bids for Hair Cutting Services; Awarded contractor agrees to: Provide haircuts to the residents of SWC on a weekly basis with rotating schedule every 6 weeks. Total number of haircuts estimated to be approx. 100, but may vary. Schedule haircuts with the cottage liaisons between the hours of 3:00pm to 5:00pm Comply with all Federal and State laws/regulations, including the Wisconsin Administrative Code, Chapter SPS-50 for Barbers. Bidder shall comply with current HIPAA rules and regulation with regard to PHI (Personal Health Information). Notify SWC of any changes in staff that will be coming to SWC.
