Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dover seeks proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of BLS (Basic Life Support) and emergency ambulance services, as detailed in this Request for Proposal, for the contract period of March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2029. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00PM, October 17, 2023 (10/17/2023) at the Purchasing Office located at 710 William Street, Dover, DE 19904. The City of Dover will accept and review all proposals received, including alternate proposals, to determine whether or not they meet the needs of the City. The City of Dover reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City.
