Chamber, back head, headring and door shall be solid 316L stainless steel Jacket shall be type 304 stainless steel. Frame and vessel support structure shall be welded steel frame, painted. All internal vessel structural support including doors, shall be type 316L stainless steel. Longitudinal welds and adjacent surfaces shall be finished to a porosity to <10” Ra. Insulation shall be min. 1” inch thick rigid fiberglass, protected by an .063” aluminum sheet covering. All pressure containment areas shall be designed for 45 PSIG at full vacuum. Steam baffles shall be positioned in the chamber to minimize wetting by condensate and insure proper steam distribution within the chamber.
