Specifications include, but are not limited to: DCYF Division of Youth Development is seeking a vendor to provide a fixed price contract for the maintenance, inspection and on call repair services for the HVAC systems at the Youth Development Center buildings at the Rhode Island, Department of Children Youth and Families, Training School. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract covering all parts and labor for the term of the contract. In addition, the contract will cover the maintenance inspection of the water treatment and on-call 24/7 repair services inclusive of one-hour response time. The existing system is Metasys Control System and is a proprietary product. EQUIPMENT TO BE TREATED; One (1) York Model YIA ST-1A146-C-S-CAbsorptionChiller s/n ULRM03811; One (1) BALTIMORE air coil cooling tower model 15146 s/n 0065567801; Also treatwater thatflows through the building's hot water loop. The vendor will deliver chemicalsto the point of use, extra chemicalsstored on site will be limited to one month's supply. The vendor will inspect equipment and adjust as necessary, no lessfrequently than weekly to achieve desired results. The vendor willrespond to trouble calls within 8 hours of original call. Repair orreplacement of chemical equipment will becharged aslabor and material, a written proposal will be submitted to building officer.
