Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply high-quality flowers, creative floral arrangements, and exceptional customer service to enhance the ambiance of our campus events and spaces. Montana State University uses floral and plant arrangements for various formal events that need table centerpieces or floral decorations to improve the elegance of an event. There are also occasions when floral or plant arrangements are needed for large-scale events such as Commencement or Convocation that happen in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. During Commencement there is also a service provided for friends and family members to purchase flowers for graduates as gifts or decorative pieces (i.e. leis). With all of these occasions, there is a need for high quality flowers to be provided and sometimes in large quantities. Category 1 - Large Event Stage Décor (one or more vendors will be awarded) Category 2 - Tabletop Flower Arrangements for Smaller Events (one or more vendors will be awarded) Category 3 - Flower Sales at Events (i.e. Commencement) (only one vendor will be awarded) Category 4 - Campus Decorations (only one vendor will be awarded) Some categories may be awarded to more than one vendor to establish a pool that can meet campus needs.
