Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Supply approximately 1300 tons of beneficial use tire derived aggregate, no guarantee of quantity of chipped tire to be used. • Material to be ~ 2” x 2” nominal sized material. • 95% of metal wiring to be embedded in rubber tire. • Wire strands limited to ½” protrusion from rubber tire. • Removal of 95% fines passing ½” screen. • Nominal weight of 600 #/cy loose volume. • Material to be delivered to the Brown County South Landfill either 1) to be stockpiled and picked up for use by Brown County staff or 2) delivered the day needed and placed right in the trench with the aid of Brown County staff. • Brown County reserves the right to increase or decrease the tonnage. • Project contingent on receiving plan modification approval from Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
