Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1Project Coordination– The Contractor shall work closely with a core team consisting ofMadison Public Library (MPL) administrative and management members, and any other designated staffor stakeholders throughout the course of the project. The Contractor shall conduct meetings withindividual stakeholders, with groups, and through open forums to gather essential input and feedback. The Contractor shall work in alignment with MPL’s Strategic Plan. The Contractor will be required to participate in monthly check-ins, or more frequently as needed, plus prepare a monthly written update report for the Library Board on progress of the project.2.1.2Planning– The Contractor shall Incorporate the Library’s Strategic Plan, current and projected demographics data for the City of Madison, Dane County, South Central Library System region, and state and national standards, peer comparisons, library trends, and best practices in similar industries
