Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Great Falls/Mansfield Center for the Performing Arts, herein after referred to as The Mansfield, is requesting proposals for the operation of concessions for the Mansfield Theater in the Great Falls Civic Center. Concessions are an amenity the Theater patron has come to expect and are an excellent way for your organization to raise funds. In a typical season, 35 - 50 events may be held where concessions are required. Events may be held on any day of the week – typically 7:30 p.m. for evening events or afternoon for matinees – and occasionally events could include both an afternoon and evening performance. Concessions are usually sold preshow and during a fifteen minute intermission. Occasionally a well-organized group could also do advance sales for intermission distribution. The Mansfield is interested in providing an excellent quality service that will complement the events held in the Theater.
