Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove Old Concrete [ 8” Depth in following sections: 14’x16’; 19’x16’; 12’x4’; and 9’x16’]– saw cut and remove damaged concrete floor. Material can be disposed of onsite in CSWD designated area. Compact existing sub-base and prep for new concrete floor and rebar. • Install New Rebar and Concrete [8” Depth in following sections: 14’x16’; 19’x16’; 12’x4’; and 9’x16’]– Install #5 rebar reinforcement (equally spaced with 3” clearance) each way. Use enough metal bar supports to hold all dowel bars and tie bars in proper position. Pour 5,000 psi high early strength concrete and level with existing concrete tip floor. Deposit the concrete on grade in successive batches to minimize re-handling. Spread concrete to prevent segregation and separation of the materials. Consolidate and finish to smooth and hard finish the concrete to level with remaining concrete floor. Add control joints (ACI 360R) and apply high quality concrete sealer.
