Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service shall be provided within the four counties, Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon. The service will be provided on a fixed route basis, with routes shown attached in exhibit O. Route deviation as follows: 1. For addresses in City or Village corporate limits, up to a maximum of a 2-block round trip deviation, unless the bus is late, or service has been negatively affected; or, 2. For addresses outside City or Village corporate limits up to a maximum of 1/2 mile round trip deviation, unless the bus is late, or service has been negatively affected. The Municipality has established service goals for this project as follows: The passenger pick-up window should be less than _7_ minutes from the time set between the passenger and dispatch. The Municipality should be advised when there are problems meeting the passenger response time requirement. Drivers will assist in loading and unloading of elders or persons with disabilities, and shall / are not required to assist in carrying their parcels or personal effects between the vehicle and the entrance to the business or home. The Fixed Route Transit service is anticipated to operate under the following schedule: Weekdays 5:37 AM to 7 PM
