Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This resulting Agreement shall cover full service vending services which will include both automatic (bottle) vending machines and fountain type dispensing machines. 2. The following dispensing equipment will be supplied by the Contractor at no cost to the City: • Eight (8) head fountain dispensers • Metered flow, automatic valve • CO2 dispenser, plus large single cylinder tank at concession building. • Vending machines • Hot beverage such as hot chocolate and/or coffee equipment • Four (4) glass front refrigerators in every location • Four (4) miniature glass front refrigerators in every location 3. Additional Equipment Information • Each soft drink vending machine shall dispense not less than five (5) selections, one of which shall be a major brand such as "Coca-Cola, "Pepsi-Cola", "Seven-Up", or "RC Cola". • Machines shall have a capacity of not less than four hundred (400) 12 oz. soft drink cans or three hundred (300) 20 oz. plastic twist-cap bottles. • Machines shall be self-contained. • Machines will be installed at Parks Site locations stated herein. • City will furnish all electricity used for these operations. • Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies and labor required in the operation of the agreement at his own expense. 4. Products to be purchased from contractor by City: • Full-line soft drink syrups, fruit drink syrups, iced tea, hot chocolate etc., packaged in standard size bags/box containers. • Wax-coated paper cups: 12 oz., 16 oz, 20 oz and 24 oz. • Lids sized appropriate for cups. • CO2 refills • Cylinder deposit, if required.
