Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brown County invites firms to indicate their interest in developing housing for individuals and families at the former Bank Mutual site at 201 North Monroe Avenue in the City of Green Bay (tax parcel 11- 188). The redevelopment plan for the former Bank Mutual site is envisioned to include multifamily rental units, condominiums, commercial space, and approximately 8,000 square feet for a county use that includes a commercial-scale kitchen and congregate meal site. The redevelopment plan also includes providing onsite parking for the county use and for Brown County Central Library patrons, and the plan may include a skywalk connection to the Central Library. However, the county is open to best-use ideas for the site. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to determine if interest exists to develop the housing component of the site’s redevelopment plan.
