Specifications include, but are not limited to: Typical work to be performed under the resulting contracts will include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems. 2. Installation, preventive maintenance and repair on electrical systems and equipment. 3. Electrical systems installation, maintenance, repairs and retrofits. NOTE: No County equipment or personnel will be used in the performance of services. The Contractor will be required to: 1. Have electricians available for non-emergency services during normal working hours 2. Use only electricians that are directly employed by the Contractor with the exception of when ancillary services are required such as electrical, insulation, mechanical, etc. 3. Receive prior approval from POC before using any Subcontractors not identified in your response. 4. Respond to all requests for services and quotes in accordance with Section VI Scope of Services (E) – Response Times. 5. Have electricians check in with the POC prior to commencing services. When performing services for FMD, a badge will be issued to the technician and collected upon completion of services. 6. All electricians will be required to wear identification and/or clothing identifying the company they are employed by.
