Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful firm shall provide a nationwide search for USD’s next Director of Athletics. The firm shall work directly with the Office of the President and others to identify the key qualifications and requirements for this position. The search will commence upon signing of a consulting contract and conclude upon the successful hiring of a qualified individual. The firm must submit a proposal that best identifies the firm’s qualifications and ability to recommend for hire the best possible person for this position. The proposal must include a complete timeline, references of past performance and any other information the firm feels pertinent for USD to fully evaluate their proposal.
