Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor must provide their own: Cleaning Supplies All equipment to accomplish cleaning tasks, including a vacuum cleaner Garbage Can Liners Cleaning must consist of: Emptying the garbage cans Vacuuming the carpet Dusting all shelves, desks, and furniture and any equipment resting on them Dry dust the computer monitors Dust the doors and door frames Clean restrooms in drivers licensing office area Clean the security glass located at the front counter Clean all non-carpeted flooring Clean all waiting room chairs Clean wall space directly behind waiting room chairs Have the carpet professionally cleaned twice a year (contractor’s expense) The work will be performed: Twice a week at a time convenient for both parties
