Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Part One – Desing and Engineering The City of Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands (PRPL) Department is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide profession design and consulting services for the following: Pioneer Park Tennis Court Replacement. This work will provide all planning, engineering, design, bidding documents, and project management working under the direction of PRPL staff to provide critical analysis and design for tennis court replacements responsive to the site and meets the needs of the community. B. Part Two – Final Design Services Upon successful completion of part one in this RFP and subject to obtaining sufficient funding, the PRPL Department intends to retain the successful consultant to provide final design and contract administration services.
