Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.3.1.1. The vehicle shall be clean title 3.3.1.2. The vehicle shall be capable of operating at a sustained speed of 25 mph or greater. 3.3.1.3. The vehicle shall not require a CDL to operate in the State of Wisconsin. 3.3.1.4. The vehicle shall include a minimum of a one-year warranty on mechanical vehicle components including electrical, and/or software that enables proper operation of the vehicle. 3.3.1.5. The vehicle shall be fully electrical Van (e.g., Ford E-transit, Mercedes-Benz EQV) 3.3.1.6.* The van must have rear windows in the cargo area. If the windows are not provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the vendor must supply modification plans and technical support.
