Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Construction is to be performed in accordance with the stamped drawings and expected to include but not limited to the following: a. Provide necessary protection of existing trees b. Excavation of topsoil and subsoil for the foundation and electrical connection. Storage of topsoil on site. c. Site grading and layout d. Installation of PVC conduit, pull strings, and recessed-light housings. Connection to existing panel i. Housings to be provided by artist/City. ii. Wiring, electrical, and fixture installation provided by artist/City. e. Installation and compaction of gravel subbase f. Installation of sculpture foundation g. Installation of topsoil, and reseed, any areas of exposed soil or disturbance. i. Reuse topsoil excavated for the project. ii. Proper disposal of unused topsoil h. Installation of an integrated, accessible pathway that matches the existing pathway in Dewey Park and connects the central pathway to the foundation. The pathway will be exposed aggregate concrete walkway to match adjacent walk and it will connect with radial flares as verified by BPRW in the field. See Exhibit C
