Specifications include, but are not limited to: Staging – Mobile stage similar or equal to a StageLine 100 stage, with roof and 8x8’ stage left/right wing package. Stairs stage right and left, handrail and skirt included. Sound, Stage – large format, full range PA to cover 250’ of more. Speakers to be Adamson, Meyer Sound or equivalent. 48-channel digital mixing system with complete off stage monitor mix. Mic package and monitor package to meet headliner’s rider. Four wireless microphones with handheld transmitters (Shure QLX/ULX/Axient). Sound, Site – provide a basic sound system for on-the-ground performances, about 150’ from the stage. Two subwoofers with top 8” or 10” full range speakers. Small format console, one wireless microphone, 1/8” audio input. Backline – provide a to-be-determined professional level backline package, using brands such as Fender, Aguilar, Ampeg, DW, Yamaha. For quoting purposes, assume an 8x10 bass package, a Fender Deluxe Reverb, a complete Drum Kit and DJ Table. Backline package to be determined as headlining artist is secured. Stage Lighting – concert grade on-stage lighting package, including at least eight LED moving fixtures and eight LED Par fixtures. Adequate controller for the package. Site Lighting – provide site lighting, to include at least four tree up-light fixtures, two lights for an ice bar, and area/safety lighting for four sets of bleachers. Heating Package – provide a minimum of six 25amp industrial infrared heaters to be mounted overhead from the stage roof and used on the stage. Additionally include a minimum of two ‘top hat’ style propane heaters. Power Package – to include an electrician to perform a live tie-in. Provide a complete power solution using provided panel connection. Must power all aspects of the above specified equipment. Additionally, stage power and site power should be included. This includes power to vendors and food trucks, as needed. All power to be run safely and with cable ramps (minimum of 20.) Miscellaneous – provide pop up tents for stage right and left wings and front of house, provide 25 ‘bike rack’ barricades for crowd control around the stage. Labor – proposal shall include all labor to execute the above package, including event staff to provide professional level live mixing, monitor mixing and lighting programming and control. Vendor to include a site production manager, stage technician, electrician and backline technician. Trucking – include roundtrip trucking rates for the above package.
