Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will expose bare mineral soil on 30% percent of unit 2’s area, and 20% on unit 1 and 4’s area. The Contractor shall repair all existing facilities, such as, but not limited to, roads, erosion dips, barriers, and drainage facilities, if damaged or removed by the Contractor. Landing piles that have been burned will be re-piled or scattered at the discretion of the Contract Supervisor. Where fuel loading exceeds 12-24 tons/acre, piling is required. Piles will be constructed in a manner that will allow full consumption when burned. Unit boundaries are marked with fluorescent Orange flagging and three horizontal Orange stripes painted on tree’s facing into the unit.
